We stayed in one of the cottage homes in November 2010, it was lovely. It is a great location and we did consider it. I am not sure what sense of community there is though with many of the houses still used for the lifestyle visits. I am sure the people who are owning there enjoy it, but is is a small village community so you may not get the full range of activities that other neighborhoods offer. Just depends on what you are looking for. If I were going to buy there, I would knock on a few doors and talk to the people living there about their experience. You cannot beat the location, though I do think liking at the Haciendas of Mission Hills is just as wonderful and 3 1/2 minutes or so by golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing.
