We shared our experience with design which started at noon today when they were to meet their sales rep. They design tomorrow morning and I just found out that they picked a Zinnia model.  Good for them. That's 3 of us within 2 blocks of each other in Gilchrist with a Zinnia. After breakfast we ajourned to Gilchrist 210 Lot 117 to admire the lot and their view out the back. WOW !! And then the street party started as half the people on this thread started showing up. So we've got a couple of new GREAT Gilly's.

That's awesome! Checked the map...your new friends are just 2 houses down from us! Directly next to us is a Zinnia also...should have named Village of Gilchrist "Village of Zinnias" instead!
