I have to agree with Kitty, those oak trees may be pretty to look at from a distance but not on your property if you can avoid. We had one in our first house in Hemingway and requested during our design to not have one is Sanibel. They honored our wishes
It is cold in upstate NY (in the teens)and going to be all week.
No snow right now to speak of but could have a foot be Friday
. I just made our
reservations for our next trip down, we won't be there until May 3rd.
I am sure there will be many more homes up by then. Sounds like more great friends to meet. Who knows if Rich gets too antsy, I never know he will come home and will be ready to take a long drive down.
