You might try calling a dealership that sells your make of car new. They should be able to take your car's VIN, find out what the key code is for your keys, and cut you some new keys right there at the dealership.
They'll undoubtedly require some form of proof-of-ownership.

Thanks, i did...my car is more than 10 years old, that is out of the range they can look up the VIN
