Surely you know that the sprinkler heads adjacent to the street are not on your lawn nor is it even your property. Every street has a certain set back distance from the street that is deemed to be Right of Way (ROW) and eventually becomes the property of the county. You agreed thru the covenants that you would accept responsibility for maintaining this ROW.
