We seem to be getting tribute bands in at the Savannah Center. I include the Lovin' Spoonful (no Sebastian or Zallie) and Jay and the Americans (no Jay Black) in that list.
There are acts that can play an 850 seat venue, if they do two shows. Herman's Hermits Starring Peter Noone put on a great (sell out) show for four years in a row. We had a good house for Gary Lewis and the Playboys, The Association (who were bad beyound belief), and an embarrasing house for Felix Cavileri's Rascals. Hey, he is in the RR Hall of Fame!
I am just saying that this venue can work for the right acts.
