Should be a fun event with flames across the eastern sky. Night launches are easily seen as you watch a flare arise from the horizon. It becomes visible, assuming clear skies, a few seconds after the liftoff. The rocket goes eastward over the Atlantic so it does not go overhead. You won't hear any roar, but it is COOL. This is a United Launch Alliance satellite.

If you want to watch the launch online it should be streamed although there is no link yet on the ula website. There is a 40 minute window so the take off could be anytime from 8:48 to 9:28
