There are many active retirement communities in northern Ocean County, NJ. Brick, Lakewood, Manchester and Toms River all have several. There are also more to the south along the GS Parkway. Communities like Hovnanians 4 Seasons, Kokes Fairways at Lake Ridge and del Webbs new community have many amenities.
