Warren, try this - it might be the issue you're experiencing:
- Go to User CP (from top tool bar on TOTV home page)
- Scroll down, click on Edit Options at the left
- Scroll way down to Date & Time Options - see if your time zone is set correctly for your locale and also make sure DST is set for Automatic
