That any resident of GillyLand and additionally the assorted hangers-on of the outlying colonies of GillyLand be now and forever more authorized to call a GillyGathering or GillyBration as circumstances require without prior notification or approval of any person either living or dead

Be It Further Acknowledged:

That the right to call a GillyGathering or Gillybration is the inherent and inalienable right of any GillyLander or assorted hanger-on which right shall in no manner be infrigned upon by any person.
