The area beyond the “wooden rail fencing” is the entrance to the hallway where the movies are shown ... and just like every other movie theater in the country, you need to purchase a ticket to go there. There is no special décor beyond the rails, there is just a concession stand and the cinema rooms. How could you expect the theater to operate properly if they didn't require tickets beyond a certain point?
