It sounds good! Thanks, Gracie! It also reminds me of a very popular and one of the most traditional Brazilian recipes that calls for black beans and pork parts. "Feijoada" or Brazilian Black Bean Stew… The complete "Feijoada" that goes with white rice, slices of orange, Yuca flour and a taste of "Caipirinha"… And proud to say, these are from the state where I was born.
Some variation are my children's favorite!
