Ok, after doing my due diligence, there are San Juan pools and Sun pools here nearby in FL that are actually manufactures.

The pools in general that can fit on most lots are $8-12K, that less than half the cost of T&D or All Island.

I toured the Sun pools plant in Brooksville.

I'll be filing my plans with the building dept & ARC soon.
