Hey now....in my defense, it was freaking cold this morning...low 30's.
It finally warmed up when the sun came out and I went back home to put on shorts! I will admit that my blood has thinned since moving to FL!
All of us except A-4 left after about 2 hours when the concrete hadn't arrived. I got home and had to walk Gracie. As we rounded the backside of Kilgore I heard the unmistakable sound of concrete trucks and thought that I was gonna have to call A-4 to come back to the lot. By the time I got there I saw that he had never left. A short time later, the others came back also after being summoned by A-4's emergency IM. So, we watched the slab being poured and then departed for our own abodes. A good time was had by all.
