Being a transplanted New Yawker, I disagree with the report because we have to dodge sooooooooo many cars a day.
I agree that N.Y is the worst as we have too many aggressive drivers.
CT is eighteeth but it must be a typo. I have seen too many cars pass me doing eighty or ninety where seventy is more than enough for the type of roads we have. The Merritt Parkway is very curvy and does lend itself to those types of speeds. Beside, your only going to wind up behind someone doing seventy. If you do the speed limit, it could be dangerous as you will find people cutting you off to save a minute or two.
Today, it is going to snow only half an inch. It's the worst type of snowfall as most people will drive like there is no snow on the ground and it could lead to dangerous conditions.
I will be on the lookout and drive defensively. Be careful out there.
