Comcast's service people have been very responsive to my concerns. Debbie Brainard and her staff are excellent . While not making any accusations, it helps if you remain civil.
As to an overpayment of $700 WOW. Frankly I don't know how you can get to a $700 monthly fee? Perhaps a clearer explanation of the math here will help us all. But for $700 Comcast could place live entertainment in your family room. there has to be a math error here
