I never wanted to go to my grandma's in the summer. Mom and Dad would drop me off for a week or 2 and I used to be so bored.

One set of grandparent's lived on a farm in the middle of rural PA w/o a TV. I was expected to go outside and do 'something'. UGH!

The other lived in the subs of Detroit. Grandma used to take a nap from 2-5PM while Granddad was at work.

Did not appreciate the time I spent with them then-
BUT I sure do now. How I loved them, you will never know!!
