It is not evidence, however, of The Villages becoming a drug infested community, and we do not need to live in a police state with enforced inspections.
It is simply The Villages having a small amount of the general ills of our current society.

skyc6, thanks, that is probably the answer. I forgot about the legal guardian issue. Our church up north had to become legal guardian of a woman with problems whose father died and left her with no one. Lots of problems with her living habits, mental capacities, etc. She was not pleased, but this was the answer.
