I had Pat inspect my patio villa. He found a few deficiencies. Most important, I thought, were some of the nails on the roof were installed improperly. Now I am in the process of selling my home, three months later. The inspector the buyers hired has found additional deficiencies, two of which are warranty related that were not found by Pat initially. I am calling The Villages warranty department in the morning and address these problems with them and hopefully they will do the repairs. My opinion is Pat should have found these problems and he did not. Take it from there and use your discretion when hiring an inspector. Your home is probably your biggest investment. Be very careful.
