There must be some sort of 'lemon law' or I would seek out a complaint against them with the FL attorney general and Better Business Bureau. It seems to me that you gave them ample opportunity to right the golf cart that you purchased. I would put my complaint in writing to the Attorney Gen'l, cc Better Business Bureau and a few days later, send the cc to Golf Carts and More. When writing to the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau, I would relay the story to them and 'tell them what you want.' Also, I would be concise but brief. Good luck to you and thanks for the 'heads up'. By the way, last year, we were fortunate enough to buy a used golf car privately through the Daily Sun and we use Town & Country Golf Cars for service.
