Maybe you are right but you never know. They did not become successful by not listening.
Also interesting is not harder to build or take longer to build. Plus you do live in your house not just live in The Villages, so why can't your house be as interesting as the rest of The Villages is?
Just wishing, it would be fun and I am sure I could learn a thing or two from them.
