Janice and I had the opportunity to go out to dinner with Dave & Doreen Myers (The 3D's) last night at Sonny's Barbecue. Sir John & the Fair Lady Wendy were also in attendance. We got there early because we finally went to Market Night at the square to order our name & address sign for the house (after only 4 months).
Anyway, I was starving and I get a message from Dave that they are running behind due to the realtor being late and other delays with the design process.
Andy & Wendy get there on time...no, really!!!
Dave & Doreen get there just a little late and we were regaled with the tales of their planning session! To make it short, they asked for everything they wanted and still came in under budget!!
Over food (finally!!) we had some nice conversation and a few brews. We've come to the conclusion that we're gonna keep Dave & Doreen...
One the way home, Janice and I drove by their lot on Luraville Road. They have a really nice lot up towards the end!!
Unfortunately, they have to go back to Tampa tomorrow and we hope that they'll be back real soon!!!
So goes another fantastic addition to GillyLand!!! This place just gets more betterer and betterer!!!
