THE LAPD HAS NOT ALWAYS BEEN CORUPT IT IS ONE OF THE FINEST LAW ENFORCEMENT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE COUNTRY. I REMEMBER RODNEY KING. HE WAS A 6'3" POWERFUL BUILT MAN ,PROBABLY UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF PCP. OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THE FORCE NECESSARY TO SUBDUE SUCH AN INDIVIDUAL.
