My friend stopped for an ems coming the opposite direction an a two-lane street, and the person behind her rear-ended her. She said to the cop, It's her fault because she stopped when she didn't have to. She had no reason to stop.
The cop said Ma'am, if she stops to pick her nose and you hit her, it's your fault.
