1.The car pulled up to a closed gate.
2. Car almost completely stops, but not quite.
3. Gate is pushed slightly by car and is in enough of a bind that it fails to open.
4. Car backs up and drives over sidewalk.
5. Mission accomplished.
Does it make any difference how the gate was opened? Hmmm.
