Village of Hillsborough
Did you all notice that the southernmost (to date) unit expansion happened this past week? Unit 221 in the Village of Hillsborough.
The unit borders 44a and is quite isolated from all other home construction. In fact, you have to drive almost 1/4 mile along Cosmos Way off of Hillsborough Trail to reach the first of the spec homes under construction.
Unit 221 is a mix of cottage homes and designer homes. Some of the homesites have already been sold!
Those of you heading to Brownwood via Buena Vista should make a short side-trip onto Hillsborough. Exploring that area gives one a great sense of the undulating expanse of the undeveloped area that will soon become home for thousands of people, and provides one with an appreciation of the scope of the overall project of building a city.
