It is ridiculous to sue Carnival. Bad things happen to all cruise lines. It only seems to happen more often to Carnival because they have more ships, and own more other cruise lines. They should take the offer from Carnival and shut up. Carnival is not the best cruise line around (I prefer Celebrity), but they are very well priced. They have improved greatly the past few years, and many clubs here in TV book on them for the great value you get.
