Hi Sunset! Welcome to GillyLand! Depending upon where you are you should probably expect dust, grit and sand. If the area is grassland there may not be much but be assured that when the construction starts you will have some. I can honestly say that it's a nuisance but doesn't nearly overcome the pleasure that I've had here with my neighbors. Just grit your teeth (pun intended
) and it will be over when it's over. It's really not that big of a deal...at least to me!
