We have a Murphy bed. The mattress is comfy, and it does not need a box spring. We used the bed ourselves and slept well.
I have a Murphy bed with a corner desk, shelves and drawers that will be available in May. I am not there now, but it is light wood mid century in style. If I had to buy what I have new, it would cost about $4000. When I redo my room mid May you can come by. I have a picture of the same style on my post. (just Search Murphy bed)Mine has lights for reading, and a shelf for water and glasses at bedtime. Please look at it. I will sell if for $1500. or best offer. But it will have to be in May.
