I agree with Travelguy, the deed restriction presentation was poorly done. Some of it may be due to the legal, technical nature of the subject but the presenter could have made more of an effort to translate legal concepts into simple English, which admittedly is not always easy. The Q&A is always entertaining. Next month's POA meeting will include a presentation by Lieutenant Wolf, Sumter County Sherriff’s office. As you might expect the monthly POA meetings are always well attended. Some meetings are more interesting than others.
