As far as pink flamingos on the lawn...easy remedy....bolt them to the side of the house. There are no restrictions on what can be hung on the side of houses....have you seen the giant butterflies or squirrels climbing the siding? And one can put for sale/rent signs in the windows...but not political signs, yet deed compliance has chosen not to enforce the restriction on signs other than sale/rent. Why are there restrictions if they have said that they will not enforce it?
