He took care of everything for us. As we were driving to the airport for closing he answered all my questions and had the install set up for us the afternoon we closed. He is the best!
It was one thing I could check off my list. I personally worked in Customer Service Management with a major corporation for many years and Customer Service is something I expect. IMHO, Brighthouse "cares and appreciates" their customers and offers an excellent product/package for our needs.
