I rarely watch the Oscars either but I do like to see the highlights from it-- the speeches, comedy skits, movie outakes, and who wins. Also like to see the dresses and suits as well.
Zero Dark Thirty was OK but liked
Argo,
Life of Pi,
Silver Linings Playbook,
Lincoln, and
Les Misérables
more.

Would assume that most of the actual facts about the hunt, death and burial of Osama Bin Laden are still classified so very few of the exact details of what actually happened would be accessible.
