Amusement park
This time of the year the younger people late teens early 20's use the cart paths like an amusement park ride. See them with more than one rental cart trying to pass each other and zig zagging all over . Yes I am complaining because residents use the cart paths as a road but visitors sometimes dont treat them as an actual road
