If this stretching was included in the pricing and in the contract, you would have a way of either getting a new lot that could accomodate the stretching.
Since you did get the plat showing the house with all the stretching, it seems to me the mistake was on the part of The Villages design team and you are entitled to what what was drawn and that will mean a different lot.
Your sales agent definitely should work with the design team to get this resolved quickly and to your advantage.
