I do not own a premier, but did think about building one in Pinellas. I would most likely have built an Augusta. But I also looked at designer lots and found what I wanted in Gilchrist on the GC. I ended up building a Lantana and added square feet both in and out. My decision was based on location and orientation of the lot, and I was able to build a wonderful home that makes me smile every day... So live your dream, be it a premier or designer, neighborhood, lot size or whatever makes you happiest! Go for the gusto!
