We looked at all models and sizes. And even now that we bought we still look. Our only regret is no golf cart garage. Would like the guest bedrooms slightly bigger and maybe a pool bath or an extra room for the den/office. However we love our location. We are happy with our direction, West facing Lanai because it extends the pool season on both ends and an awning solves the summer late afternoon sun issue. Did I say we love our location? We will continue to look at premiers and have found several that would be perfect, 3 car garages, extra bedroom and bath, great pool, everything we want except the perfect location. I think we have decided that a Sanibel would be the perfect model with a few additions, but still can't find one in the right location.
So what do we love about the location? We are on a golf course, but not to close so we don't hear carts and workers. We have several huge live oaks we can see near the course. We can see lake Miona in the distance. We are 5 minutes from the town square at LSL.
Will we ever find the perfect home on the perfect location? Maybe. Will keep looking. But if I had to chose between the perfect home or the perfect location, the latter will win every time.
