We played at Sandhill last week and it began to rain but Starter informed us that the course was still open and anyone that cancelled but called was assessed 2 points, or 3 if they did not call. He said the Course is aways open. Perhaps it depends on conditions or which starter you talk to so it is a good idea to check with the Starter although I do not think he is the person assessing the points, I could be wrong about that.
