Only a select few here in the villages understands tipping. My son works as a server here, and avg 28%-35% tips every night. God has blessed him the ability to make people laugh, enjoy there dining exp. But there are days (Sun) that he avg 11%. This isnt Canada people where they make $12/hr plus tip. These people make $4.39/hr. They rely on there tips to pay there morgages, power, and other needs. For the poeple, as i saidbefore, guess what? inflation happens to them also. Next time you go out, really look to see how hard they are working, remembering what all there tables need, and if they forget something, well think the last time your forgot something. They are not robots programmed not forget, they are human, like you and me. If the chef gets it wrong, did you still get great service?
