We pretty much have it all.
Having a visit with a TV sales person is NOT what you might think. NO pressure. They are lined up behind you to buy. You will get two hours max and they will never call you again if you don't tell them too.
Take the trolley ride and go to Katiebelles. I think you will enjoy everything here. The biggest question is do you want new or resale and the model series is important too. There is something for almost everyone and hundreds and hundreds of choices.
You won't ever have the ethnic food choices that you leave behind in New York, but we have a lot of other things you don't have in New York.
Welcome to the forum.

Gracie, you have posted multiple times that sales reps. Put no pressure on buyers. That is not true. We came here on our own last January, told the rep. We new nothing about the Villages and just wanted to check it out and were not buying at that time. We have purchased four houses previously. The Villages sales rep. Put incredible pressure on us then and after we got back home wanting us to buy a home NOW. This man is still employed here.
We found a different rep in April, had no pressure and built a new home. But every time you post about 'no pressure' I cringe.
