Hi guys,
We built an Elm and are very happy with it.
The main thing that swung it for us was the Bathroom and Toilet off the Lanai.
We have the door to it unlocked all the time we are out and it is so much nicer than having to travel through the house.
We took out the island in the middle of the kitchen and that works just fine, the only think we are going to do, that we didn't do in the design, was to fit a fan in the kitchen instead of the light in the centre of the ceiling.
