I predict:
Most of the complainers on this thread (and others that are similar) will, 3-4 years from now, look back at their statements and be embarrassed.
As the population expands and most commercial areas get filled south of 466a there will be plenty of shopping etc.
I live in Brownwood and I personally like that the majority of the commercial district is NOT right next to me. I like the feel of our neighborhoods being all homes, golf courses (13 execs and 4 championship very close) and rec centers. Doesn't sound bad, does it?
