Default What they are asking me for is 33% to 50% now

Thanks that policy would be fine with me I would be glad to pay 60 or even 90 days before I come and also I would expect the discount for all 6 months to come out of the last month not be spread out. What is making me nervious is shelling out a big wad now for a rental that starts next January. The same people might not even own it by then. I am just warn out from my serch going to take a break and read TOV some more.
