Default Beef Stroganoff
1 ½-2 lbs. stew beef
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½-3/4 cup red wine
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 small can mushrooms drained

Combine all and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.

Serve over noodles.
