I simply can't believe they quote a price for a perm and a different price to rinse it out. Does not make sense. Maybe they put a conditioner of some sort??
Doran, can you please clarify this? It's starting to be a bit like beating a dead horse, but I think it's important that we know what the actual complaint is about. After all, some may decide not to patronize Tuscany because of misunderstanding this thread.

When I called the salon to see if they would allow me to bring my own perm and have it applied? They said not and I continued to ask which perm product the salon used! Low and behold it was the ISO product--I ask the price and was quoted $37.00 for a partial perm--as I have short hair!
Due to a cancelation I was able to get an appointment at 10:15am last Saturday--I arrived at the salon at 10:00 am --a gentleman offered me a cup of coffee and told me I would be taken care of soon--the gentleman explained to me that their prices were ala carte and handed me a brochure--I asked me once again for the price of the partial perm and he said $37.00
I must say I was empressed with the service and left a very happy lady:
the rest is history--I returned home to find the detailed credit card charge--found the additional charge of $32.00 and tried to resolve it with the salon--
I was told to look at their brochure to find Hair finishing services--shampoo/finish was $32.00 of which I had neither--the rest is history
