My parents purchased a loveseat from Lazy Boy furniture in Ocala 6 months
ago. The Lazy Boy furniture Gallery. The fabric was pilling and not wearing well and the arms, foot rest and back of chair was becoming flat and the fabric was puckering. The store said they would remove the pills from the fabric and try to put more stuffing in the chair. They said they are not responsible for the fabric not wearing well and will only repair the chair once. After a year they are done with any type of responsiblity for the loveseat condition. They said to call the corporate office and talk to them about it. I did call and they basically said the same thing and that it was not their decision but the stores. The manager would never talk to us. Neither the store or the corporate office would help in anyway. I even explained that
I did not have that problem with my loveseat from lazy boy. The corporate said it was my moms choice of fabric and it must be the way my dad was sitting on the chair to make the fabric flat. My dad is only a very small man. My suggestion is do not go to Lazyboy for your furniture. There are too many other furniture stores who might be better helping you if you do have a problem.
