Grandchildren playground? This is an active adult community. Take the grandkids to a state park instead of spending money on swings and slides.
Indoor pools are not necessary. The outdoor pools are plentiful and are heated to 80 degrees.
Hot tubs at the adult neighborhood pools? How many adults would be getting out of the hot tubs every time "nature called"? Just what I want to be sitting in hot water with!  |
