I will never understand why people are in a hurry in the Villages. My golf cart goes 19mph and yet people are always passing me life there's a fire or something. I agree. I had to deal with the young kids speeding up North and thought I would be safer down here driving around in a golf cart. I guess there will be irresponsible people where ever you go.
