I didn't see any clubs specific to Stained Glass though there are several classes offered on Glass Fusion which is somewhat similar, I gather. See p. 5 and p.48.
Also, nothing spotted re: handbell choirs.
Nice thing about the clubs - if you don't find a club that suits your need, you're always welcome to start one up!

Glass Fusion is using a lower melting point glass and melting in a Kiln usually into a form to create decorative pieces. Also using frit (glass dust ) to decorate glass that is then fired. Fired pieces can be combined into stained glass pieces but a studio that only does Fusion probably will not have flow glass that is used in nicer stained glass projects.
