We've always wanted to spend time near the Cape Cod National Seashore.

Each time I get the info......I can't decide which town to get lodging in.
Should we stay in one town and then just drive to all the interesting parts of Cape Cod???? Any good resorts you would recommend?

When our kids were home, years ago, we drove to Woods Hole and took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Rented a house from a person in our town here. Can't remember the town but it was close to a small beach. We explored the entire Martha's Vineyard........all the various towns.....and took the boat over to Nantucket one day. Very quaint.
Very pretty.

Years ago, after college, our daughter and her husband lived in Cambridge and Quincy, Mass......but then returned to Vermont after a short stint in Maine.

Anyway "so close" and yet we always seem to head to New Hampshire and up the coast to the Maine seacoast.......but should explore Cape Cod.
Any suggestions?
